Barkada Barbell is a weekly (most weeks) supplemental program, hosted at FullGrip CrossFit, meant to assist athletes interested in Technique and Accessory work focused mainly on Weightlifting and a little bit of gymnastics.
Prior experience is not required. All movements will be scaled appropriately to fit the needs of the athlete.
Newcomers must arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
All participants must RSVP! Classes will be capped to 12 athletes to ensure safety and efficiency.
