1 power clean to 2 push press to 1 push jerk (power jerk)
Add weight every other min by 10-20#, as the weight become challenging lower down the increments by 5-10#. Do not add if you fail to perform the movements in sequence. Wait for the next cycle f you fail to put together each movements, nor fail a lift! Make adjustments in weight if have to!!!!!
