Strict press 10-10-10-10-10 w/60 sec rest in between set. Ideal load 60-65%. 5rnds is the goal but stop as soon as you can't complete 10ub within any given set using 60sec rest. . Do not go to failure. Scale. 8-8-8-8-8 same concept & rules applies.
